1. Enjoy 20% discount for publishing your news: As you pay upfront, this is a financial support of TraveList as an online marketing platform. So, TraveList appreciates this action of yours and offers you a 20% discount on every press release you get published with us up to the ceiling introduced for various sponsorship plans.
2. Use a much more convenient method of payment: Other members of TraveList, who publish travel/hospitality news with us, pay for each PR separately. In other words, if they have more than a news release on a particular day, they have to go through the same process again for each time they have another news to get published. You, as sponsors, pay once upfront each month for a series of PRs you’d like us to publish for you.
3. Have your press releases get published much faster. As you support TraveList by sponsoring our cause, we reciprocate your favor by giving more priority to publishing your news releases.
4. Boost your business reputation & prestige: Carrying the title of sponsor by itself is a satisfying factor itself. It represents you as a person who supports a cause. It indicates that you care for certain projects and support them financially. You build up a reputation by entering into such agreement with TraveList.
5. Make your business distinguishable on TraveList: As a sponsor, who is also a member of TraveList and has got a profile and news to get published, you will have your business logo on a particular page being introduced as sponsors, your profile will indicate you’re a sponsor of TraveList and every press release you publish will indicate that you are TraveList’s sponsor too.
6. Introduce yourself as TraveLists’ sponsor outside TraveList: Upon taking action to become a sponsor of TraveList, you can get a sponsorship banner to show on your website. We just request you not to link it to your profile on TraveList as it damages your ranking value gained through membership in TraveList (we don’t promote reciprocal linking). You can even use it on other sites if you want too.

TraveList Sponsorship Plans

There are three levels of sponsorship available with limited positions. TraveList is an online marketing platform for the business owners in travel and hospitality sectors. You can choose one of the three sponsorship plans depending on your commitment to support, number of news to get published and willingness to support such a cause.

1. Platinum Sponsorship ($500/month): 25 “Power Press Releases” or 18 “Featured Press Releases”. A combination of both up to $500 is also possible.
2. Gold Sponsorship ($400/month): 20 “Power Press Releases” or 15 “Featured Press Releases”. A combination of both up to $400 is also possible.
3. Silver Sponsorship ($300/month): 15 “Power Press Releases” or 11 “Featured Press Releases”. A combination of both up to $300 is also possible.

The sponsors in these plans will commit to pay a fixed amount upfront before the beginning of each month. By doing so, they get all the benefits as well as the number of press releases mentioned above.

Upgrade of Sponsorship Plan

If you become a “Silver Sponsor” or a “Gold Sponsor”, you can always upgrade to higher plans, but it’s highly recommended to do so ONLY if you are ready for such commitment for the following months as well. Otherwise, if you ask for a downgrade, it’s not good for your reputation. So, please think thoroughly about your desirable sponsorship before you take the initial action.

More Press Releases to Publish

As a sponsor at any of the above plans, you will enjoy a 20% discount for each press release you want to publish with us. In other words, you pay $20 instead of $25 for each “Power Press Release” and 28$ instead of 35$ for each “Featured Press Release”. We have indicated how many PRs you can publish with your fixed monthly sponsorship amount above. If you intend to publish more press releases exceeding these numbers, you can still have them published at the same discounted rates of 20$ and 28 $ instead of 25$ and 35$.

If this continues each month at a number that reaches the higher sponsorship plan’s number of PRs, then we recommend you to consider upgrading to a higher level. Of course, this must be thought over by you and decided considering the points put forward under “Upgrade of Sponsorship Plan”.

Fewer Press Releases to Publish

If in any given month, the number of press releases you publish with us is less than the numbers mentioned above, it will not be possible to keep the credit for the next time. By being a sponsor, you commit to support TraveList’s online marketing platform. It’s true that you can take advantage of its benefits like discounted PRs, but you cannot transfer the credit for remaining unpublished PRs of one month to the other.

Time of Payment

Your sponsorship plan starts any time you make the payment. Regularly, five days before the start of the new period, TraveList sponsors of all the plans keep up with their commitments to make their monthly payments.

Method of Payment

Sponsors are requested to make their payments only through wire transfer to the bank account introduced to them. As of this moment, there’s no recurring system in place for payment. We will contact you and remind you of your commitment toward the end of each month.

If you are sure you will submit lots of PRs and want to pay more than your sponsorship plan’s amount, it’ll be possible and we keep track of how much you pay. At least one payment for one month keeps you a sponsor for the months to come if paid ahead of time.

Please note that your payment for several months ahead of time will not cause any reduction in the amount to pay. There will be no discount, but will cause us to express our huge gratitude for two reasons:

1. You support us financially and this is how we can go on providing better services;
2. You make it easier for us to keep track of your payments.
